Description
Description
Western Hercules Beetle (Dynastes grantii), Captive Bred from Arizona (USA). This particular male has metamorphosed on 11/09/2024 and elytra have not been completely dried yet. He is about 64mm long but, his horn on the thorax is a little bent to the left. We would like to provide $20 off on current size category i.e. Major Male, from 60.0mm to 64.9mm.
Tips to breed healthy beetle.
1. New born adult does not start diet immediately. Wait until color of body darkened and give another a week or two to start feeding.
2. Feed them with provided jelly by cutting corner of the bottom case and place it upside down in the container. Purchase more jelly separately for feeding.
3. Never keep it under direct sunlight or extreme cold. Spray water frequently if substrate dries out quickly.
4. Keep the cover of the breeding container closed at all times and use rubber bend to secure for unexpected escape.
